Exhibition project that investigates the relationship between aromas and children's memory. It was organized as a celebration of the centenary in 2013 of the first publication of in Busca del Tiempo Perdido , by Marcel Proust.
It was directed by the Aisthesis Project collective, carried out by the artist Hilda Kozari, and financed among others by the Institute for Art & Olfaction and FRAME Finland.
This multidisciplinary project was made up of:
An artist residency at The Institute for Art & Olfaction, in Los Angeles.
Succession of events including a conference and workshops in collaboration with the institute and educational centers of Los Angeles and California.
The creation and exhibition of 3 perfumes that evoke the most well-known phrase in Proust's book, which refer to the taste and aroma of a cupcake that takes the writer back to his childhood.
