My old feelings

This is a project where I decided to illustrate certain feelings with metaphors that I found consistent in expressing them.

I used paper and pencil to create some sketches, and then Photoshop to finalize the artwork.
I also conducted some visual research to structure the ideas and elements that I wanted to include in the finished artwork.

Expressing feelings and becoming vulnerable because of it is often risky.

It takes effort and willpower to go for a walk and explore places.

Peanut brain: Stepping out of your comfort zone and creating new mental routines isn't always easy.
