I was inspired by the blooming of this exuberant parrot tulip to create this composition.

Supplies
what is my sketching gear?
a uni pin 0.2 indelible black fineliner for drawing without prior sketching (eraser prohibited), 1/4 winsor & newton pans in a 19th century bijou box, highlights with white gelly roll 10, all in a case attached to the belt. my go-to colors are yellow ochre, alizarin crimson and cobalt blue.

Thank you. because of your course I use the water brushes when I travel. I love them. It took me some time to figure out how to fill them. (smile)
