We were really looking forward to taking on a project with our take on classic children's stories, and here it is!
Once we decided on the stories and their composition, the drawing and inking were done entirely by hand. The only computer intervention was to vectorize Germán's strokes, respecting the subtleties of the brush as much as possible, and to add color. We again used screens to achieve two tones with a single printing plate. We chose yellow, orange, and red to give the collection a chromatic scale.
Today we present the result. This pack of three 18 x 13 cm mini-prints features our unique reinterpretation of the classics Goldilocks and the Three Bears, The Jungle Book, and Little Red Riding Hood. It features characters full of courage and bravery, facing off against their direct adversaries: Goldilocks eating his soup right under Papa Bear's nose, Mowgli attacking Shere Khan with what he fears most, and Little Red Riding Hood going straight for the wolf with her axe.
The idea was to show the protagonists of these stories taking control of the story and shouting that they are children without fear of anything.
You can find this collection, or the individual prints, in our store. Limited edition, numbered and sealed of 100 copies of each model.
Be brave!

I love! a beautiful illustration work with personality!
Very good. The quality is impressive, and the paper is very well chosen, (you can almost feel the touch just by looking). Personally, I don't like color, I would prefer it in black and white, but that's already my thing because I'm a bit like that;)
Wow I love the personalized style of the stories and how fine and dedicated the work is from start to finish!
++!
