I decided to create a fun kimchi brand and use the ingredients in and implements used with Kimchi to create the compositions. I also tried to inject some surrealism in a few images.
The illustrations on the packaging are inspired by Korean Hahoetal masks.
It's my first time using a flash, I only had one with no attachments. Considering getting a strip softbox and an additional flash to use as a back light for my next project. Is that a good idea? Or do you have any other recommendations?

Hiya Ben,
Very nice job! I like the playfulness of the images (the red ones). In my opinion there is no need for the close up product images in the series , I would only keep the red ones to have a coherent series. I know the sometimes the client also needs this kind of product images but you don't have to include them in the set if you don't want.
