My project for course: Picturebook Character Illustration with Procreate

I am excited to take this course, it looked so much fun from the trailers.
I chose a mole to draw as I thought its round body would look more cute. I started with side view, which is the easiest and used some of your example poses to stretch my limited poses experience to see if I could go beyond just a standing up side view. Keeping the proportions consistent was pretty hard, but I’m pleased I pushed through. Thanks goodness for digital software! There’s still some things I’m not happy with and maybe overthinking details, but overall I have learned a lot.
