I was inspired by Gzhel and white and blue ceramics, so I decided to do embroidery in monochrome colors. I found a reference on Pinterest and made a sketch. To transfer the sketch to the fabric, I used tracing paper. At this stage, there were some difficulties, I realized that I needed to use a thinner pen or pencil. Also in the process of working on the project, I realized that I still took a complex pattern. 😅 I had to change it in the process. I noticed that the back seam looks messy from the inside and I'm going to work on it. Also when I cut off the felt, I accidentally cut off half of the seams and I had to re-sew both pieces of fabric. In general, I am satisfied with the result and I think that for the first time it turned out very well. Instead of a patch, I decided to make a brooch. Most of all I liked creating a project on my own - looking for references, choosing a palette, making sketches. It was really a very interesting and rewarding experience and I want to continue and am already thinking about the next project. Thanks again, Defne!🌹I really hope that you will do more embroidery courses. You are a wonderful teacher, you inspire, give a lot if interesting information and create an atmosphere of comfort. Many thanks❤

What a great project!🤩 I love your color palette and your source of inspiration. Delft blue, azulejos, I love them. I encountered similar problems to you when transferring the pattern, but that is because working on felt was new to me. But the challenge was very enjoyable. I agree with you that Dafne is a wonderful teacher. And I enjoy visiting the course to see what my fellow students are making. Congratulations!👏👏👏
