Reported European 2nd Language Proficiency 2016

This project is not completely finished as I still need to add some labels and change the appearance of the graph itself. I was pleased with this as a first attempt to show the story of reported European Language Proficiency, which can be seen to be increasing but is still far from homogemeous. Now, I need to learn how to use Adobe Illustrator effectively. I was working with Inkscape but I had some difficulties.
