It's about time to share some photos of my final project!
No surprises here - you all have seen it in my course or at least in the trailer :)
I think the darkest green look slightly different in real life (and on the scan that I'm sharing below) than in the course videos. Luckily, it didn't cause any problems for you from what I can see within the "Projects" section of the course - only a few students' works are too dark. Most of them are even lighter and more subtle than mine and that's great! It means you're careful with the amount of pigment that you use, which is crucial if you're new to watercolor, or if you paint mostly with oils, acrylic, or gouache paints.
I practiced painting this watercolor landscape more than once at home before doing it on camera to make sure all of the steps are clear and logical. It also helped me to come up with an interesting composition that won't be too hard to paint for watercolor novices but would excite experienced artists.
Also, I would like to use this occasion to tell you that seeing your final projects and reading your reviews (100% positive!) makes me extremely happy and proud. Some of you have painted more than one painting after completing all of the lessons, and plan to paint many more in the future (in that case, please tag me on social media).
It's awesome to know that both beginners and more advanced watercolor artists have found something interesting in my course.
Thank you so much for choosing to learn from me!

Thank you very much for this excellent course. I learned a lot, although with some difficulties that I always have with watercolors, and that is that I tend to darken them and overwork them, graying or leaving everything dark. I would like to have a more spontaneous brushstroke. Your painting is really beautiful and your brushstrokes light and fresh. Thanks again.
