Detail of the border of the shell, it follows the cushion pattern

We wanted to combine the work of color and pattern, and design an expressive seat with a bold graphic language.
The pattern composes the shape and animates a dialogue between the outline and the surface.
Looking at the back side, the silhouette is also cut, reinforced by the drawing of the structure that echoes the motif.
The cushions are shaped like generously padded pads, and laid on an upholstered shell. On this prototype, the cushions are magnetized directly on the shell.
