The Polaroad Project is a movement that shares the magic of instant photography. On 2012 Joan and Lluis Pont traveled all over Africa sharing the power of smiles as part of a four month adventure. They came back with a lot of Fujifilm Polaroids and stories. I joined the team as the lead designer to help them communicate the power of their adventure. Every piece of art before the journey helped us obtain sponsorships and the support of our community. We made posters, t-shirts, towels and stickers.
The best pictures of the trip were used to create a book, "The Polaroad Project: A Journey Through Africa".
The book was created with the purpose of raising funds to finance the Water for Senegal charity project. Thanks to donations, 1,000 more people in the town of Iwol have access to potable water.
