I really enjoyed the course and adding the analogue elements has made my final piece so much more interesting. Each element of the collages are completely unique to my daughter and describe a little bit about her personality.
These are just a few of my variations from the finalisation process (hence the similar composition). A process I (always) find quite difficult, walking away and coming back another day is a great piece of advice.
I still need to experiment with the printing but intend to add some neon stitching once I am happy with it.

Teacher Plusthat's such a cute photo to start with. I sometimes come back to a collage I finished months (years?) ago and start re-working it. the choices and options are limitless which can be daunting. when and where to stop? but at the same time, why stop at all. if you have more idea you can always come up with a different version that tells a different story. something I find quite liberating :)

@petra_zehner thank you, that's also why I called it 5.5 as the elements are relevant to her now at 5 and a half. As she grows and her interests & personality change I am looking forward to adding to it or reworking it : ) Thanks again for all the tips and inspiration.
