Pride!

I made this piece to celebrate LGBTQA pride month 2022 - the inspiration was the different people I've seen in Queer spaces and at the pride festival in my hometown of Bristol.

Here's a very rough sketch I made before I moved on to the final artwork - You can see I made some changes between this sketch and the final piece - I completely changed the outfit of the person on the right.

I created a colour rough but didn't stick to it all! Sometimes it happens this way - especially if I'm making personal work where I don't need to think about the client!

Here is the final piece - you can see how different it looks to the colour rough! I really enjoyed adding the little details like the tattoos and jewellery.
