DUNE

«Dune», is a collection of photographs taken in the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park, an integral protected area located in the northeastern region of the state of Maranhão, Brazil. All the photographs are a study of space, an exercise of sincere gaze. The beauty of the place, its forms or the sublime, are the register of a photo that does not denaturalize, on the contrary, it is an encounter with the moment. The wait, the wandering until reaching the shot, almost an act of spirituality and humility.

Observing these photographs is a mantra of silence; a look that goes back in time; a dialogue with nature, without filters or lies; naked, perhaps in front of god, who is none other than ourselves.
