I think your figures are great, and the drapery is strong. I'd suggest not separating the head from the neck so clearly (with a line from the ear to the chin), because it tends to break the figure up. Check out the "drawovers from my course" project on my profile for more information on that.
Perspective-wise, I think you could push the foreshortening on the floor more. Behind the lockers, but before the steps we could see a lot more narrowing of the tiles, which would imply depth more. The light above would also be very much longer than the standard tubes, as you've drawn it. If you put in a few more lights, and foreshorten them much more, you'll imply a lot more distance there, without having to do much extra work.
