Within a larger process, ALLBAU AG, as the municipal housing company of the city of Essen, compared itself with other companies in the housing industry throughout Germany in the area of employer offers and services.

BETTY + BETTY accompanied the benchmarking process as a partner within an interdisciplinary working group consisting of real estate experts and work psychologists and subsequently presented the results of the scientific study in a report.

REPORTING—EDITORIAL DESIGN
Fresh, varied and with a lot of white space: Through a striking and colourful design, the concept manages to reproduce the partly complex factual connections and analysis topics in an understandable way.

INFORMATION DESIGN—PICTOGRAMS
The set of pictograms specially developed for the report increases the dynamics within the individual subject areas and makes it easier to transfer the analysis results. Due to the diversified design, the reader is always activated anew to deal with the contents.

INFORMATION DESIGN—INFOGRAPHICS
The complex analysis results are presented in a playful and colourful way with placative information graphics. Distributed over the individual chapters, they give the brochure a greater reading dynamic.
