I used Blitz-zement by decotric made in Germany and I added a blue mineral pigment. This cement is quite dark I think but I like how it came out. I think it will get a little lighter in color still while it dries.
I don´t remember how much I used but I tried to use the same amount as Phil does in the videos. I added a bit more water, so it is more runny. Funny thing was that the Raysin came through the little holes that appeard where the cuts of the mould crossed. While this didn´t hurt the vase, which turned out perfectly, it was a mess while rolling the vase.
I used Gipsdicht by Creartec to seal the vase watertight.
