Mi proyecto del curso 'Diseño de interiores de principio a fin' de Nook Architects

El departamento remodelado está ubicado en el barrio de Colegiales, dentro de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Tiene una superficie de 35m2, originalmente dividido en 3 ambientes (estar/comedor, cocina, dormitorio) y baño, donde vivimos mi pareja y yo.
La idea principal de la remodelación fue brindar amplitud visual y generar sectores para el desarrollo de las distintas actividades que realizamos.
Para ello abrí la cocina hacia el estar y entre ambos coloqué una barra como espacio de comedor. Esto me permitió armar un estar más cómodo, el cual se completa con un mueble flexible donde se ubica la tv, biblioteca, espacio de guardado y un escritorio para homeoffice.
El material elegido que predomina es la madera, para dar calidez al hogar, y en varios tonos para que no sea muy homogéneo.
Con la iluminación quise destacar cada sector por más pequeño que sea, y sobre la barra, con un tubo led, intenté enfatizar la continuidad entre espacios más que la división entre ellos.

Your project manages to solve very well the distribution and operation of a house of limited dimensions.
The transformation of the original house manages to integrate the dining room, living room and kitchen in the same space, without the need to make major changes in terms of facilities, etc.
The plans and 3d views show that you have thought down to the last detail regarding the kitchen, custom furniture, lighting and props or accessories.
Perhaps the sofa graffito on the floor could be of a somewhat larger dimension since space allows it and it is somewhat reduced compared to the bed.
The materiality manages to convey a feeling of warmth and comfort thanks to the combination of wood with neutral color tones.
The project process is very well planned and the plans well drawn.
