note : I had a hard time leaving white script letters ( text ) for the magazine cover so I switched to dark pink… whats the best method to sketch the white text with crayons or pastels ?!

Regarding your last question, as we said in the course, although pastel oils give us great coverage of the colored area since they have a lot of pigment in their composition, because they are so soft it is a little more difficult, to give details with them in I specify on small surfaces, so we recommend doing the details (like the letters in the magazine) with colored pencils. If you were making a large format drawing, it would be fine to use oil pastel to give details.
