Rin and the fox cubs

I bought some water color brush pens last March and had no idea how to work with them. So I watched a tutorial on YouTube (15 Ways With Ecoline Brush Pens - Art Journal Page) and that made me very enthusiastic. So I started fiddling around and made a drawing of a cat. When I was finished, it made me think of a children's picture book illustration, maybe very amateurish, but nevertheless nice. Anyway the cat which got named Rin wasn't just sitting there staring at nothing! According to a friend of mine, he was watching three fox cubs play. So that's when I made the second drawing of Rin, watching indeed three cubs and that might just be the beginning of a fun story :)

For me these brush pens and the two drawings got me very enthusiastic and I wanted more. So I started browsing the internet for courses and that's how I found Domêstica ! I signed up for courses from Adolfo Serra @adolfoserra and Sarah Stokes @sarah_stokes and more might follow. So far I'm enjoying these courses a lot and I'm learning new skills from these wonderful and inspiring teachers.
