Me and my partner designed and made a garment, inspired by the museum’s collections, Japan, Islamic World and Ancient Egypt.At the end of the two week programme, I had the opportunity to model for the first time, at our showcase. At our showcase I was awarded with a certificate by the Greengross Family for my participation and completion. Here is me and my amazing partner (who I met the first day there) modelling and explaining our inspiration for the piece.Participating in this programme offered me a chance to be in a dynamic environment outside of normal school conditions.Ending of the afternoon show that day, here the turn out was great.
