We are looking for a Senior Market Intelligence Analyst with a demonstrated ability to design and conduct market research analyses using appropriate methodologies to join our Marketing team. This role will work on a diverse portfolio of research challenges, collaborating with marketers, product managers, and engineers to determine how SeQura can accelerate its business growth.

You will define problems, generate insights, design research, bring data to life through customer-centric stories, and contribute to critical business decisions that help shape SeQura’s go-to-market strategy. What your day to day would look like... 🧐

- Responsible for the execution and support of major research and market intelligence projects.
- Manage and conduct research projects to gather and correlate data on market conditions, consumer trends and industry analysis.
- Conduct competitive market performance analysis and track performance vs. competition including the production of monthly reporting.
- Frame business needs into research objectives, projects, and programs.
- Propose appropriate market research methodologies that most effectively provide insights that drive critical initiatives.
- Work with marketing, shopper experience and growth teams to translate insights into action.
- Be part of a team that explores, innovates, and invents new research approaches.
- Responsible for segmentation analysis by connecting to multiple data sources.
- Be comfortable using third-party tools and systems to collect data for analysis.
- Work regularly with internal subject matter professionals, and develop cross-organizational partnerships, to ensure that research is forward-looking in order to address long-term market opportunities.
- Stay close to business OKRs in order to align with high priority initiatives.
- Manage research process with external agencies, creating hypotheses, editing surveys, and presenting results internally.
- Work with internal stakeholders to automate data gathering for market research and competitive analysis reports.

You’ll be a good fit if you have… 🙂

- 5+ years experience in market research, consulting or product management.
- Qualitative and quantitative research experience.
- Track record of successfully performing market research, and translating results into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Track record of ushering in the implementation of recommended findings.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python are nice to have.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Proficiency gather competitor intelligence through digital analytic tools.
