Kaufmich is the largest escort/client community in the DACH region. Our marketplace has over one million registered members and counts more than 8 million visitors per month. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the whole product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with development, sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Holding a key role in this endeavor, you as a product manager need to be a great problem solver, have sound knowledge of growth hacking, user experience design, and international teamwork.

Defines, collects, and prioritizes business requirements from all stakeholders for new products, features, and enhancements
Lead the creation and definition of innovative business, product, and customer experience concepts with the extended team of developers, designers, and cross-functional teams
Write product requirements documents to ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design, and development teams. Requirements should be based on an intimate knowledge of the product, space, existing data analysis, current customers and non-customers (prospects and competitors)
Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
Keeps in touch with what’s going on within the community, analyzes trends and developments, user behaviors, and usability issues.
Oversees the complete product development cycle of strategy, product roadmap, production, usability testing, and implementation
Balances user/market data, customer support feedback, input from executives, and intuition in order to make the best-possible product decisions
Researches competitor products and adjusts development and marketing priorities as needed to ensure product differentiation
Extensive product management experience in software development
Experience in marketing and community management
Ability to think strategically (the big picture) as well as detail-oriented
Ability to set product direction, work closely with technical development leads, and make strategic trade-offs to ensure speed to market
Ability to unite and motivate multiple groups around a single vision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences (e.g. engineers as well as non-technical team members)
Must have a bias for action and proven ability to make things happen in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Blockchain and web3 experience a plus
Leadership skills in a multicultural work environment
Fluency in written and spoken English, German language skills are a plus
