Exciting position available for a Technical Product Support Specialist at an innovative banking software company.

The Role -

The Technical Product Support Specialist will serve as a main point-of-contact to the company’s client base for all support-related issues. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer focused service skills and experience in providing technical support. To perform this role successfully, you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where flexibility is necessary. You have a willingness to improve current processes to better handle our growing customer base.

Qualifications -

Excellent written and communication skills in English
Customer service experience
Basic knowledge of finance and banking
Understanding of basic IT concepts to aide with troubleshooting
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and multiple concurrent projects
Language, scripting, and coding knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities -

Resolve customer questions about EBANQ and related products, quickly and efficiently
Assist in testing and identifying improvements and new integrations that can add value to our product
Reproduce technical problems, diagnose causes, identify temporary and long-term solutions, and communicate regular status updates to clients
Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
Assist with creating system documentation that will benefit the clients, as well as our staff
Serving as a principal liaison between clients and technical team
Being detail oriented, punctual, and disciplined
Willingness to temporarily assist with administrative tasks

Working Environment -

Málaga-based candidates preferred
Competitive salary and great office environment in Málaga city centre
Monday- Friday 9am - 5:00pm
