By the creative agency planning department side, we need to hire a CONSUMER INSIGHTS PLANNER.
The mission of the position is to obtain and provide valuable and ‘digested’ insights from videogaming customer and consumer’s data from all our data sources to create a customer oriented brand communication, strategies, actions/campaigns, and to contribute the business growth.
• Develop videogaming Consumer Insights and learnings
• Manage the Consumer Insights projects or activities
• Handle research methodologies, techniques, tools related to Consumer Insights
• Act as the central point of contact with the research, media and creative agencies and the client research, marketing and PR departments
• Passionate Gamer. Gaming, esports or entertainment industry preferred.
• Experience in research/consumer insights working for planning departments or research/media agencies
• Proven experience working with research agencies and studies.
• Fluency in English is a must
• Must have strong research and analytical skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
