We are looking for a Social Media Community & Content manager with a passion for storytelling who combines a strong editorial background with digital and social media marketing savvy. You will be responsible for creating & executing social media campaigns, with the goal of driving growth and engagement and supporting business goals.

Various Responsibilities Include:
• Create and execute day-to-day social media initiatives, including writing and posting diverse content and developing opportunities for engagement, across priority platforms
• Contribute to and execute on brand editorial calendar for social and website channels utilizing social media analytics tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate content ideas that align with business goals and marketing campaigns
• Edit copy including email, press releases, blog posts and other website content as needed for brand voice and messaging and clarity, with a strong eye for accuracy, grammar and punctuation
• Assist with social media strategy implementation to consistently grow audience and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Support development of images, infographics and other rich media
Analyze and generate management reports on social media and site performance.
• Experience in paid social advertising (1 - 3 years) with a command of Facebook Ads, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube Ads
• Ability to set up analytics tracking tags including: retargeting for Facebook and Google Analytics
• Incredibly organized multitasker and proven ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to measure the effectiveness on on-site content and inform content development.
• Publish all web content for UD All Access through CMS system.
• Work with international and cross functional teams to edit and deliver content for each launch and special animations.
• Execute fully loaded-launch campaigns including ideation, launch, monitoring, analysis, optimization and media buying.
• Work with social media manager to execute social sweepstakes to increase global engagement and grow follower base.
• Work with internal and external production resources for shooting, editing, graphics and legal guidelines.
• Identify new channels for the brand storytelling online.
• Build relationships with new and existing online influencers.
• Assist in planning, managing, and executing social photo & video shoots.
• Represent at brand at key blogger events.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• A natural creative who relies on results to drive action.
• Strong analytical skills, writing skills and marketing knowledge.
• Strong project management skills with an emphasis on prioritization and multiple project organization.
• Resourcefulness: in solving problems and in searching and seeking out relevant content and partners.
• Determined to better the brand on a daily basis.
• Proficiency in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) analysis for both lead generation and ecommerce clients
• Experience in A/B Testing, Multivariate testing, etc.
• Excellent communicator with an ability to work well with clients, agency partners, and staff
• Interest in working on a contract basis with further opportunities for longer engagements based on performance and opportunity
• Incredibly organized multitasker and proven ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• - 3+ years in the digital space is highly preferred
• Excellent writing skills as demonstrated in published pieces - you must have samples of campaigns you've done!
