Our Barcelona studio is looking for an In-game Operations Specialist in charge of creating and maintaining the planning of in games promotions and specific events for each game of the studio. As a member of the monetization team, the event planner reports to the Game Monetization Manager.
•Work closely with the Business Performance Manager and the production team to define promotion and events strategy inside the live games;
•Build a comprehensive and in-depth planning of all operations inside the game;
•Define the communication strategy inside the game: work with marketing and artists on asset creation (banners, text notifications) and coordinate their localization and upload with our teams;
•Set-up the campaigns in the required tools and ensure their correct behaviour with QA;
•Monitor the performance of the campaigns/events and provide post-mortem analysis on their impact on revenues, retention, and other selected KPIs of the players;
•Provide weekly reporting on campaigns/event performance and communicating on future operations to all stakeholders involved;
•Benchmark and analyze competitors
•Passion for video games
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics or an equivalent field
•Master's degree is a plus
•1 year of professional experience in online/B2C business
•Proficient with Excel
•Good understanding of statistics
•Fluent in English
•Excellent communication skills and highly organized person
•Must be willing to settle in Barcelona
