## Content

### Introduction

Welcome to the course!
In this first unit, I want to introduce myself and share my personal story with alopecia, and how I found a path to healing through natural cosmetics. I'll share the influences that have shaped my journey, from transformative books to inspiring people in areas such as self-sufficiency, ancestral nutrition, and mindfulness.

### Basics of homemade cosmetics

In this unit, we'll lay the foundation for everything that follows. I'll explain what edible cosmetics are, why what you put on your skin is so important for your health, and how to identify the ideal natural ingredients for your preparations. I'll also share the basic tips and tools you need to get started in this world, without complications or large investments. By the end, you'll have a clear understanding of your skin type and will have created your own personal beauty routine.

### ancestral and sovereign dental care: creating our toothpaste

Welcome to this unit where we'll rediscover the oral hygiene ritual using edible, living, and mindful formulas. Before we create, we need to unlearn: we'll explore what has happened to our mouths with industrial dental cosmetics and why we've normalized products that are banned in food in many countries.

You'll discover that foam doesn't clean, that strong flavors only mask odors, and that a healthy mouth doesn't need harsh whitening agents. Together, we'll create a completely edible toothpaste that protects your oral microbiota and helps remineralize your teeth naturally.

### Body and lips: ancestral solid tablet to nourish and protect

In this unit, you'll learn to create a solid, emollient, and protective bar, perfect for lips, hands, cuticles, and all those areas that suffer from the cold, wind, or sun. I'll explain the difference between hydrating, moisturizing, and protecting the skin, how to identify if your skin is dehydrated or unprotected, and why ancient fats like beef tallow and beeswax are incredible allies for restoring your skin's natural barrier. Together, we'll make the "Sun Skin" bar step by step—a recipe that was born almost by chance before a vacation and became the summer sensation.

### Biphasic serum for face

In this unit, we're going to create a two-phase face serum. The importance of this serum, besides its visual appeal, lies in its combination of water and oil. Often, when we want to care for our skin without toxins, we only use oils and forget that it also needs hydration.
