Kate is a wonderful teacher and I enjoyed every moment of this course.
Well explained in details and easy to follow.
Cheers my journey into the Sashiko world!!
Thank you for this wonderful journey into the world of Sashiko.
I deeply appreciated Kate Ward’s gentle guidance, her calming voice, and the invitation to slow down and approach the practice with mindfulness.
Although I felt unsettled beforehand, stitching and focusing on my pattern helped me become calmer and more centered. Completing my first small project filled me with satisfaction and joy.
This is the beginning of my journey into the beautiful tradition of Sashiko.
Hermoso curso!!
I had wanted to learn how to do Sashiko, and Kate has taught it in a wonderfully practical way that has allowed me to appreciate it in a deeper level and apply it in mending, embellishing and upcycling my clothes. Thank you! Highly recommended!
No i cudownie, że można użytecznie naprawiać i ozdabiać odzież.
Really good for learning the basics of Sashiko stitching. Thank you Kate for making this course.
Kate explains and demonstrates Sashiko stitching in a way that is easy to understand, easy to see and actually quite relaxing. She clearly teaches stitching and meditative practice well. Her tips anticipated questions that I had. The music matches the tenor of the skill building and projects. I will return to be reminded of skills as I take on my very first Sashiko practice piece.
Bravissima Kate!
Spiega molto chiaramente e fa amare quest'arte!
Loved this course. Not only was it inspiring, Kate was calm, soft spoken and reassuring giving the student the confidence to give this beautiful art form a try. Thanks so much, Kate!
Absolutely love this course. Kate is so knowledgeable and talented. She is able to explain the process in an easily calm and encouraging manner. the reminder about mindfulness practices give the experience another important dimension. Her knowledge of the subject matter history and evolution adds much to the beauty of this beautiful art form. I am inspired to learn more and will be accessing this course as I complete the projects and with her excellent explanations of the process,
