 But, let us start at the beginning. In this unit I will tell you my story and I will tell you about what I do. I will also show you some of my main influences.

### Preparation

Before we get down to work, let's get to know the context. In this unit I will explain the main types of websites that exist on the internet and what you will learn in this course. In addition, we will make a first approach to WordPress and its operation to prepare for the following units.

### Design

It is time to get to work on the design and layout of our web project. We will start by defining the architecture and the concept and then translate it into the design through the Figma tool. The next step will be to work with code to create the mockups in HTML, SASS, and JavaScript.

### Layout

In this unit I will explain how to prepare a web development framework, so you can take the web design you made in Figma to a mockup with HTML and SASS, and add interaction with JavaScript.

### WordPress Integration

We come to the last step in the realization of the project. In this unit I will show you how to integrate your HTML, CSS and JavaScript mockup into a WordPress template. Finally I will teach you how to publish it on the internet.
