I am Silvia Grav, I am 20 years old and I have been working professionally in photography and video since two years ago. Although I have just moved to Los Angeles, I have spent most of my life in Malaga and the last four years in Madrid.
My work is very intimate and very personal, in that it always comes from my own experiences, or that it arises as a consequence of a situation or a specific feeling or circumstance. Although certain assignments sometimes involve working with other people's ideas, I always use my life as a material to work with or to get what I need. Although I define myself as a photographer, I spend most of my time in post-production, which is sometimes closer to illustration than photography.
I was selected by Flickr as one of the best photographers under the age of 20, I have exhibited my works in several museums and I have created several covers for music, books and also video clips.
