### Introduction

Hello! My name is Guido Argel and I am a photographer and executive producer. I would like to welcome you to my Domestika course!

 In this first unit, I will share my journey into the world of photography, more specifically stereoscopic photography, or 3D photography as it is commonly described. I will talk about what led me to explore this universe, what my main influences were and how I see stereoscopic photography today. In addition, you will learn about my work style, how I started photographing professionally and the frustrations and achievements along this journey.

### The basics of stereoscopic photography

In this unit, I will introduce stereoscopic photography, how it came about, how it is made and what materials are used, from cameras to reproduction media. In addition, I will explain the main differences between producing analog and digital stereo photos. And finally, I will begin to structure the course project.

### How to take a stereoscopic photo

In this unit, I will explain the process of producing a stereoscopic image and how to capture it with an analog stereoscopic camera and a digital camera.

### How to digitally assemble and finish a stereoscopic photo

In this unit, I will explain how to assemble and finalize a stereoscopic image for reproduction in digital media.
