“So in this course, I'm going to teach you how to design a character sheet, including different types of drawings. But first, let me tell you how I use Procreate. So first we're going to begin with Canvas dimensions. So you tap on the plus sign in your gallery and I have some custom presets here. So for example, when I upload my drawings to Instagram, I always like to use the size 3200 by 3500 and I always use 300 DPI no matter what file I create. When I'm designing characters and doing a lot of exploration sketches, I need a larger file. So I usually use this preset called character design ...”

Since then Magdalina has continued to work in the animation industry as well as making her own online tutorials about drawing and character design. She has worked for clients including DreamWorks TV, Spin Master, and 3dtotal, and on projects such as the character design book Heroines, and the short film Goodbye Mr.Octopus, which was presented at the Venice Film Festival.
