David Kimura holds a degree in graphic design from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a master's in visual communication from the FHNW Academy of Art and Design.

He is the founding partner of two studios: Kimera and Bésame Mucho. Since 2005, he has been working with Gabriela Varela, specializing in typography and book design for publishers in Mexico and Europe. His work has received multiple national and international awards and has been published in different countries.

He also shares his knowledge by speaking at conferences, classes, and workshops at various institutions across Mexico and abroad.
