It is not useful as I thought

It should have been way more clear in the overview and description that he would not show how the final artwork is created. This is essentially a guide on gathering inspiration and creating roughs. It has good information for that purpose but the fact that the final execution is left out means it should not be categorized as a Beginner course. A true beginner will follow along until the last unit and then be completely befuddled that the course stops.

Steve is an individual confident in his style and approach. He has given me useful tips. This course is great for music lovers or anyone looking to improve illustration skills. I appreciated seeing real paper and not a computer screen.

Steve has a concise and deliberate approach to design. His methodology is derived from years of experience and he encourages the students to find their way as well. Great course for beginners as well as seasoned artist. I would have liked to see his analogue skill ,(coloring by hand), rather than the digital coloring process at the end.
