Domestika Diary: Francinne de Miranda
Illustrator and Watercolorist Franncine de Miranda shares her creative routine and processes in this Domestika Diary
Francinne founded Estúdio Luares, where she focuses on her experiments in watercolor. Here she creates and sells auteur illustrations on her website.
As an independent artist and entrepreneur, she works on several stages of the production chain: company management, customer service, communications to promote her work, print making, packaging and shipping... as well as all her hard work creating original designs!
Don’t miss it!
Her work is closely related to nature, the anatomy and movement of plants, the cosmos and femininity. She works in multiple formats and media including wood, and creates illustrations for prints and magazines.
Although she lives in a major metropolis (São Paulo, Brazil), Franncine always finds inspiration walking around her neighbourhood, looking for places where nature resists. She looks for textures, colors and movements that she can use as a reference for her work.
If you would like to learn more about Watercolor Illustration Techniques with Franncine de Miranda, don’t miss her upcoming online course, available soon on Domestika.
