Wait... what? Keyboard shortcuts in Procreate? Yes, you read that right.

Although it is an iPad app, Procreate has some shortcuts you can access if you happen to have a keyboard connected to the tablet. They are very similar to what you'd expect in other design and illustration software and could significantly speed up your workflow.

Keep in mind that there are three ways to connect a keyboard to your iPad. The first is through the smart connector, using a keyboard cover like the ones Logitech or Apple sell separately.

The second way is to use a Bluetooth keyboard. Pretty much any Bluetooth keyboard will work with the iPad, but some are specifically designed for the device and feature dedicated function keys for iPadOS.

And the third one is using a USB keyboard and an adapter for either the lightning port or the USB-C port in the iPad Pros if needed.
