I make limited edition artist books, especially pop-up books. My work is represented in museums, university libraries and private collections across the United States. I started making hand-made artist books when I was 16. I taught all ages of students privately and through public schools. With my 6th grade students (over 6000), I wrote a popup book manual, "Making Amazing Books" which can be googled.
I love love love what I do, and am always looking for new skills and engineering techniques, and inspiration. All of my pages (except for my "The Well-Dressed Bird") start out as plain white Fabriano Artistico paper, and I hand decorate them with a variety of techniques.
