My design process began by taking inspiration from the captivating art of Helen Dardik. Her masterful use of bold colors and watercolors served as a key trigger for my creative exploration. I meticulously sought out compelling forms and vibrant color palettes from her work, reinterpreting them to generate novel pattern combinations. This creative journey culminated in the development of three unique textile prints: a delicate, small-scale repeat pattern; a versatile, medium-sized pattern; and a dynamic, large-scale pattern ideal for expansive fabric surfaces.
