Inesiña
Trabajo tipográfico con un fondo decorativo tipo monférica. Me apetecía hacer una lámina en la cual la tipografía tuviese la mayor fuerza. Y para acompañar a un diminutivo gallego decidí darle un fondo que encontré en un página que recoge y estudia artes gallegos.

Typographic work with a decorative monférica-type background. I wanted to make a print in which the typography had the greatest impact. And to accompany a diminutive Galician word I decided to give it a background that I found on a page that collects and studies Galician arts.

Para esta lámina utilicé portaminas, reglas y pinturas acrílicas.

For this print I used mechanical pencils, rulers and acrylic paints.

1. Delimitar y estructurar las letras en todo el lienzo.
2. Una vez estructurado y hecho todos los cálculos, con el portaminas bocetar las letras y el fondo.

1. Delimit and structure the letters across the whole canvas.
2. Once structured and all the calculations have been made, use the mechanical pencil to sketch the letters and the background.

1. Colorear las letras primero con un color plano.
2. Colorear el mosaico.
3. Tras ver que no me gustaba el resultado de un fondo de mosaico con diferentes tonos de azul y unas letras con un color plano, decidí añadir ese dibujo de mosaico a todas las letras. Pero esta vez el efecto dentro de las letras iba a ser en negativo.
4. Por último, añadir un trazo blanco a las letras para que resaltasen más del fondo.

1. Color the letters first with a flat color.
2. Color the mosaic.
3. After seeing that I didn't like the result of a mosaic background with different shades of blue and letters with a flat color, I decided to add that mosaic design to all the letters. But this time the effect inside the letters was going to be in negative.
4. Finally, add a white stroke to the letters to make them stand out more from the background.
