As you can see from the examples, the box project can be made from any timber. You can also change some of the details, such as rounding off the corners, or changing the spacing of the dovetails.

Your first box is something that you can be proud of, even if it isn't perfect! Once you've made one, the next will be easier and you may decide to make it longer, taller or wider. There is no right way to do it, so adapt the design to make it your own.
