Madame, in " She walks the earth" it seems that the whole documentary is in b'roll with no interviews, piece to camera footage. Is it a distinct style to have the entire story told in voice over of the main character with no mediation of the film director?
@gr47sekaran Yes, that is the style. I did do an interview but I chose to only use the audio as I like the feeling it evokes; it creates a kind of internal monologue that makes a film feel more personal. Interviews can sometimes add a formality which I wanted to avoid.
