Mi Proyecto del curso: crea toppers de animales con chocolate moldeable

Quería mostrar el proceso de creacción de un topper. Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es buscar imágenes de referencia del perfil absoluto del animal para poder dibujar la estructura.

Dibujamos la estructura a escala, marcando la columna vertebral, la cola, el tronco y las patas.

We draw the structure to scale, marking the spine, tail, trunk, and legs.

Creamos la estructura doblando los alambres, utilizando la plantilla que se ha dibujado anteriormente.

We create the structure by bending the wires, using the template previously drawn.

Damos volumen con papel de aluminio y cubrimos con cinta de flores.

We give volume with aluminum foil and cover with floral tape.

Empezamos a esculpir el cuerpo con pequeñas porciones de chocolate blanco moldeable.

We start sculpting the body with small portions of moldable white chocolate.

Una vez esculpido el cuerpo, lo dejamos secar y luego continuamos con la cabeza.

Damos textura al topper para que tenga mayor realismo.

Pintamos el topper con colorantes comestibles disueltos en alcohol.

Crea tu propio personaje añadiendo los detalles que más te gusten con pasta de azúcar o chocolate.

Terminamos colocando unas pajitas en la tarta e introduciendo el topper en ellas para aislar la estructura.
