Very positively influencing content, I really like calm voice of Jessica. She gives good simple tools and basic knowledge, good for somebody who has never heard of mindfulness living. For more advanced (aka: mindfulness knowledge) people it could be a bit too basic, however the content is very structured and compact to the point, so benefits are definitely there. It is up to you what you learn from it! Great, highly recommended, full of gratitude, thanks Jessica!
