Alberto Baptista

I describe myself making a simile with a ship with an internal structure of values based on commitment, discipline and optimism. An external structure composed of pieces (attitudes) adaptable to the tide of each moment and situation, which allows me a calm navigation. Finally, a huge sails of proactivity and a correct relation with the crew allow me to move constantly to a personal and professional growth. In the meantime, I enjoy the trip and learn from it.
