I'm an Italian artist living in Los Angeles. I have done live figure painting for the past 15 years and about 5 years ago I started painting magic animals, after I rescued my little bird Swami, who has been living with me ever since, flying around the house. Swami is a zebra finch and he has taught me the magic of birds and of all creatures. I am currently "branching" into plants and flowers and the natural world. I'm very interested in licensing my art for books, home decor and all kinds of products, and I am also learning Photoshop for that purpose. In the future I would also like to learn some surface design.
I am also a filmmaker with an MFA in film Directing, and my fist feature documentary is about to play at festivals worldwide. it is called 'The Dog and the Duck" and it's the story of my art mentor Joe Blaustein who had an extraordinary life and has helped hundreds of his students find their own voice in art.
