David Orias, ¿efecto fotográfico o postproducción?

Me parce alucinante, y sigo sin entender como se consigue, por lo que he llegado a la conclusión de que es efecto postproducción. ¿o quizás me equivoco?
¿Que opina la peña por aquí?

    pero entonces tambien le metera un flash para congelar al surfista porque el no se esta moviendo?

    A eso voy yo, que una exposición a 1/6 podría ser ese efecto de la ola pero el surfista esta bien definido sin movimiento,y una cosa a tener en cuenta que no se si alguien a cogido olas alguna vez, pero el surfista va a mas velocidad que el movimiento de la ola. Quizás lo del flash podría ser.

    No sé cómo está hecha, pero usando un 840mm no sé yo si se habrá usado flash.

    el surfista no es que esté muy nítido, yo creo que es un barrido, quizás desde otra embarcación. Viendo las otras fotos parece que juega con la exposición en casi todos los casos.

    Un barrido, difícil de hacer, está muy guapo.
    Es lo que tiene la fotografía que puedes conseguir fotos increíbles, con su propio lenguaje, tanto en película como en digital.
    Parece que hemos pasado la linea de no creernos nada y pensar que todo es artificial, o un montaje, o post-producción.

    yo creo que es un barrido a baja velocidad, la ola se mueve en direccion contraria a la de barrido y queda la estela...

    Bordons es verdad que no esta muy nítido pero tampoco tiene mucho desplazamiento como para que sea con un tiempo de obturación mas o menos prolongado.
    kedO yo llegué a la misma conclusión que tú, pero y que me dices de esta otra

    aquí el sujeto se dirige hacia el fotografo, creo que le mandare un correo como dice jadezlo a ver si nos cuenta el secreto.

    justamente cuando el sujeto va en dirección al fotógrafo es cuando se mueve menos, o cuando hay menor sensación de movimiento.
    SI haces una foto a un chico en un monopatin que se dirige hacia ti, el chico parece estar quieto aunque tengas una obturación lenta, el resto saldrá movido pero el chico no.
    la sensación de movimiento es más evidente cuando el sujeto o elemento está en paralelo al plano focal, y menos evidente cuando es perpendicular, es decir está en la misma dirección que el plano focal.
    creo que no me explico bien. alguien puede explicarlo mejor??

    naroa tienes razón, y bien explicado, vamos lo he cogido a la primera, pensaba en que la forma que toma la ola era con un barrido, pero no, es el propio movimiento de la ola el que crea ese efecto, al ser la ola la que se desplaza y como tu dices el sujeto al venir hacia el plano focal tiene un movimiento aparente.

    La gente no lo sabe... pero con el photoshop... se puede leer el historial de una foto.
    Te puedo decir que lo ha disparado con una Canon EOS 5d Mark 2 el 23-10/2009 a las 8:18 de la mañana.
    velocidad de obturador 1/6
    Exposicion manual
    F-stop f/20
    ISO 50
    Distancia focal 840mm

    etc...
    Y para rematar adjunto bajo estas lineas... el historial de retoque de la imagen.. que no vale para nada... pero demuestra que la imagen ha sido retocada.

    Jooooooderrrr, . muy buen aporte Albert, no hay nada como mirar los metadatos de una imagen y averiguar algo mas, la verdad es que no se me había ocurrido.
    Vixen, te descargas la foto en tu ordenata y en el mismo camera raw, (si utilizas este) en la pestaña METADATOS y en la entrada de "editar historia" te aparece toda esa información. Imagino que cualquier otro como Lightroom también lo traerá. No se si es así como la obtuvo Albert igual en photoshop directamente se puede obtener.

    También se puede hacer con un bookmarklet o via web.
    Yo cuando tengo dudas clico y se ve toda la info.
