Key Responsibilities

Play a key role in bringing to life products from idea to execution
Translate requirements into concepts and brilliant user experience design
Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications
Ability to complete and juggle multiple projects and responsibilities
Requirements

Experience designing simple and intuitive web and mobile web user interfaces
Strong visual design skills, including an eye for great typography, form, composition and color
Solid understanding of web standards and accessibility
Fluid ability to design in Photoshop, Illustrator and OmniGraffle
Experience in creating various prototype methods and knowledge of best practices
Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth start-up environment
